INDICATION • Coryza (snot, swollen face) • Fowl cholera (greenish droppings, dyspnea, swelling of wattle and comb) • Pullorum (whitish droppings, appear to be feeling cold) • CRD (snoring) DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION • Chicken < 4 weeks  : ½ capsule per day • Chicken 4-8 weeks  : ½ capsule twice per day • Chicken > 8 weeks  : 1 capsule twice per day Administered for 4-5 consecutive days CAUTION • Stop giving Vita Tetra-Chlor 3 days before poultry is slaughtered for human consumption • Store in a tightly closed container, in a dry and cool place, protected from direct sunlight PACKING Sachet : 10 capsules PRICE : RM 3.00 / SACHET
